Treasure Island

Treasure Island was the second collaboration between Los Metates Studios and Encore! Theatre, and by far the biggest. Based on Robert Louis Stevenson’s classic novel, the Encore/Los Metates version of Treasure Island featured new twists to the story that made it fresh and exciting for our audiences. Performed in UNM’s Rodey Theatre from May 27-June 5, Treasure Island was a lavish production that combined stage and film elements, huge action sequences, incredible special effects and lighting, period-accurate costumes and props, and much more!
