Trivial Pursuit

Summary

Trivial Pursuit is the third installment in the Game On series (preceded by Freeze Tag and Capture the Flag, and followed by Hide and Seek) and the second feature-length film from Los Metates Studios. Directed by Matthew Evans and written by Seriah Getty, Trivial Pursuit was filmed in October 2015 and released in March 2017.

The film stars Alex Harden as Jack Tremain, a newspaper reporter who finds himself trapped in a mysterious region known as the EDGE. Soon realizing that his memories of how he got there are gone, Jack decides to join with a group of rebels led by Nathaniel Hawk (Matthew Evans) who are attempting to escape the EDGE and the rule of the mysterious Grandmaster (Carolyn Hampton). After teaming up with the silent Smalls (Lizzie Schneider), Jack will experience a dangerous adventure that will force him to face the fact that the trivial pursuits of life pale in importance compared to the truth, and that only the truth can set him free.

The film also stars Caitlyn Richey, Isaiah Stearley, JD Nichols, Jeremiah Hoppman, Mitch Nelson, and Noah White. In addition, it was produced by Seriah Getty, Coryn Richey, and Jeremiah Hoppman, and features an original song, Edge, written and performed by Seriah Getty and orchestrated by Sophia Neal.
